NEW FEATURES/CHANGES

When you select a regional target in Nav, Helm will check and make sure there is no black hole in your path.If there is, the nav target will be canceled so you can chose an alternate route. 

MAJOR BUG FIXES

In the CCC, the Conditional Weapons setting was only showing the "warships" and "non-cmbat" labels when the setting was first selected - FIXED

When the game was saved after a star went supernova, when it was resumed you    could get erroneous Planet integrity errors and Null in Message errors - FIXED
