WHAT'S NEW FOR Version 1.9/Releases 1.23

NEW FEATURES/CHANGES

-XO will report when a remote invasion (i.e., not yours) has started.
-The Invasions Table in Strategic Command has been changed. Instead of showing   "left:  /org:  " for cities on the planet, it shows the original number (org)  the number destroyed (d) and the number captured (c). If more than half of   the cities have been eliminated (destroyed or captured), then the planet may surrender (this is new).
