NEW FEATURES/CHANGES

To get an update on a supply ship that has been sent to you, send a message to KHQ requesting resupply. They will tell you a ship is already on the way and give you a new estimated ETA. The Probes Operations Control has new status indicators that line up better with the probes they are indicating.

MAJOR BUG FIXES

Missing planets and starforts from some displays should all now be shown.

Planets you have not established contact with will no longer resupply your Battle Fleet - sorry.

Krellan destroyers on exploration missions will no longer congregate at the top and side edges of the region. When you get a message from another star system, that system's planet data  will no longer populate the Planets box on your System Map display. 

Fixed discrepancy in number of cities on a planet between what the main program says and what is shown in the planet map. 

Planets Database table will now show the actual number of cities and not "0".

Updated esitmated ETA of supply ship has been fixed.
