NEW FEATURES/CHANGES     
- Phaser autofire will check if orbiting target is in line-of-sight (LOS) before selecting it. This should give priority to targets in LOS.                                                                                                    

MAJOR BUG FIXES
-If a planet on a starliner route is destroyed, it messes up the route - FIXED
-The size of a LP on a planet with OBB has been restricted to 60 (double the size of the initial deployment LP).
-Material transfer to and from captured UGA freighters has been fixed. Part of this fix is that your prize crew will automatically try to top up the ship's power reserves from the power storage in cargo.
-Problems with the TDB associated with the new probes when accessed from the Nav or War Map have been fixed, but need to be verified.                      

NOTE:
If you are running OBB, when you access the OBB status, some debug statements in brown will be written directly to your Reports Log without being displayed in your message window. Please record these debug messages for me.
